• Industry-leading compensation structure
• Minimum six offs per month
• Structured shift planning to prevent burnout (maximum 9 hours average working hours in a month)
• 50% off on bakery items and 2 night stay in hotel in a year
• At the Courtyard Farm - fresh organic vegetables are available for purchase to employees up to 50% discounted rates
• Wholesome meals on duty.
