Design and architecture in harmony with the environment
From the outset, harmony with the natural landscape has shaped every design decision. Across each of our hotels, rooms and suites are designed as calming sanctuaries, where natural light and fresh air waft inside. Every material, fabric, amenity and technology choice is made with ecology and purpose at its core.
Saving the Planet, one step at a time
Across our hotels in India and the UK, key departments are paperless. Guests can place orders, receive bills and make payments digitally, across dining and the full suite of services. Roseate Hotels & Resorts are non-smoking sanctuaries.
We are mindful of conservation
Conservation runs through every corner of our operations. Water is recycled at 100%. Single-use plastic has been discarded entirely. In-house water is served in glass. Kitchen waste is reimagined — flower petals become incense, fruit peels become marmalade. Take-away bags are made from certified recycled paper. In-room amenities use high-quality bamboo. Biodegradable bags replace plastic throughout. Small decisions, made consistently, add up.
We believe in responsible production, consumption & disposal
All produce from Roseate Farms is 100% organic, used across our India kitchens. We grow our own herbs and microgreens through a dedicated hydroponic farm, fresh, traceable and entirely our own. We source directly from farmers, building community relationships that go well beyond a supply chain. A carefully selected range of Roseate Teas and Coffees, sourced directly from organic estates and plantations, is available across our hotels.
Optimal use of energy is a part of our top priorities
Solar energy heats water at our Aerocity hotel in New Delhi. Drinking water is sourced directly from the atmosphere using solar technology, pure, sustainable and served as Aheli Water across the portfolio. Rooms are equipped with energy-efficient lighting throughout, and HVAC systems are designed to conserve energy without compromising comfort.
SLOW culinary philosophy
Every menu across Roseate is shaped by the SLOW philosophy, Seasonal, Local, Organic and Wholesome, designed to nourish, as much as it pleases. At Roseate House New Delhi, our tabletop oil mill freshly presses oils from seeds, nuts and ancient grains at the buffet. A small detail that says something larger about how we think about food.

Through partnerships with Ayurvedic and natural healing experts, including organisations under the guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, we move purposefully in one direction: One Life, One Body. This, to us, is meaningful luxury.
Minimal environmental footprint across the UK hotels
Roseate House London operates within London's Low Emission Zone, a conscious choice, not a coincidence. Across our UK properties, 95% of ingredients are sourced locally, a commitment to the land, the producers and the communities around each hotel. Roseate House London holds an agreement with Bio Hygiene, ensuring all cleaning products carry sustainability certification. Our house car is a Tesla EV, offering guests a tour of the city without a carbon footprint. We have been awarded the First Mile Gold Recycling Certificate.

Every guest at Roseate is welcomed with Aheli Water our in-house alkaline drinking water, with a balanced pH of 8.2, packaged in high-quality glass bottles. Pure, fresh and sustainable, a quiet reflection of our commitment to good health and responsible living.
Roseate T-Shirts
In collaboration with Rudra Ecovation, one of India's leading plastic recycling companies, Roseate T-Shirts are made from recycled plastic bottles, transformed into high-quality, breathable fabric with a soft, refined feel. A conscious choice that goes beyond hospitality, and into everyday life. Proudly worn by our team members.
Incense Sticks & Cones by Roseate
Fresh flowers grace the spaces of every Roseate hotel and when they wilt, their story continues. Recycled and processed into aromatic incense sticks and cones, infused with jasmine oil and citrus wood, they go on to nourish the senses in a different way. Handcrafted by a rural community of women we are proud to work with, charcoal-free and available in eco-friendly packaging.
