Do you have a car parking facility?

Yes we do, our parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis and incurs charges as follows: Up to 4 hours: £6.00 per car / 4–12 hours: £12.00 per car / 12–24 hours: £20.00 per car.
The best postcode to use for the car park is RG1 3BE. Alternatively, the nearby Queens Road Car Park can be found at postcode RG1 4AR.


Do you allow pets?

Yes, we do allow pets in the rooms; however, there is a charge of £20 per pet per night.


How many rooms do you have at the Hotel?

At the hotel, we have 55 rooms. The House building comprises 32 rooms with access to our gym, spa, and leisure facilities, featuring a modern and contemporary décor. Additionally, we have 23 well-appointed traditional-style rooms located in The Roseate Building, where our restaurant and reception are situated.


Do you have a swimming pool?

While our hotel does not feature a swimming pool, we offer a range of amenities including a gym, sauna/steam room, and elegantly appointed Aheli spa treatment rooms.


Do you have a Restaurant at the Hotel?

Yes, we have a Restaurant called The Reading Room where we offer all day dining, A la carte, Tasting menu, Afternoon Tea and a fine selection of delightful cocktails at our signature bar. To view our menus and for reservations, please Click Here


What time do you serve breakfast?

Savour our freshly prepared, delectable breakfast served during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:00-09:30 Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays: 08:00-10:30


Do you have twin rooms?

We have three rooms that can be set up as twin rooms: two Classic Rooms and one Roseate Prime Suite.


What time does the gym open?

Our Gym is open 06:00-21:00, all 7 days of the week


What leisure facilities do you offer?

Our leisure facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, sauna/steam room and our Aheli spa treatment rooms where our expert therapists deliver bespoke treatments. (Spa treatments and use of Sauna/Steam must be pre booked)

    A recent Government notification requires guests to carry proof of identity at the time of check in, which must be presented upon arrival. The proof of identity can either be the guest's passport or driving license. A deposit of £100 will be taken upon arrival to cover the room charges and incidentals.
