These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual or entity, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by BAH Airport Hotel Private Limited, a private limited company established in India, having its registered office at E-9, Connaught House, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 (“BAH”), operating the luxury hotel “Roseate House” at Aerocity, New Delhi – 110037.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing the website or clicking “I ACCEPT,” you consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any Terms, do not use the Site or avail services.

Your acceptance also includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

1. Services

The Services constitute the use of the website managed and maintained by BAH for reservations, promotions, and purchase of hospitality services and products.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and competent to contract under applicable law.

3. Registration and Account

You must register with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for account confidentiality. BAH may suspend or terminate accounts with false data or compromised security.

4. Restrictions

• No misuse of BAH trademarks or intellectual property.

5. Payment

Service charges are final and non-refundable unless determined otherwise by BAH. Cancellation fees may apply.

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. BAH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

7. Limitation of Liability

BAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BAH harmless from claims or liabilities arising from your use of Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.

10. Intellectual Property

You have no rights to BAH’s intellectual property. Misuse of BAH trademarks is prohibited.

11. General

• No partnership or joint venture relationship is created by these Terms.
• If a provision is invalid, others remain enforceable.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
