Visitor Policy

Please note that in view of the present scenario, no visitors are allowed at any point of time during your stay.

Attention:

We respect guest privacy and restrain the use of loud music in all rooms. We are committed to providing our patrons a comfortable and memorable stay experience. Non-conformity to this, will incur a penalty of an extra nights charge to the said guest.

Roseate Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing its guests a non-smoking experience in all the guest rooms. Non-compliance to the policy will incur a penalty of INR 5000.

1 litre bottle or 2 cans of 500ml per guest permitted for the entire stay.
For maintaining the privacy of our guests, we do not permit external speakers in our hotel.

Kids Policy

Children below 6 years of age may enjoy complimentary meals in the room or at any restaurants in our hotels.
Children in the age group 6 to 12 years are entitled to a 50% discount on the kids menu.
Full charge (on dining) will be applicable for children above 12 years of age.

The above policy is applicable on a la carte menu and set menu.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is effectively refundable if done 24 Hrs priors to the arrival date.
