Design and architecture in harmony with the environment
Harmony with the environment has been at the helm of everything. We preserved the natural landscape across each of our hotels to the very best possible. The rooms & suites across our hotels are mindfully designed as calming sanctuaries that allow fresh air and sunlight to waft inside. The selection of materials, amenities, fabrics, technology, everything is done keeping ecology and purpose at the very core.
Saving the Planet, one step at a time
Across our hotels in India and UK, most of our key departments are paperless. Very shortly, guests will be able to place an order, receive e-bills, make payments and receive e-receipts not just for dining but for the entire suite of services. Roseate Hotels & Resorts are non-smoking sanctuaries.
We are mindful of conservation
Our key initiatives include 100% recycling of water, discarding single use plastic, in-house water packaged in glassware, replacing plastic bottles, minimising wastage in our kitchens (making incense with waste flowers, making marmalades with raw fruit peels) , take-away carry bags made with certified recycled paper, in room amenities made with high quality bamboo, biodegradable bags for waste disposal and so many more ways in which we are pioneering sustainability.
We believe in responsible production, consumption & disposal
All green produce that comes from the Roseate Farms is 100 % organic, and is used across our kitchens (in India). One of our unique initiatives is our very own mini hydroponic farm. Hydroponics is a kind of horticulture which involves growing plants without soil, by using water-based mineral nutrient solutions in aqueous solvents. We build community by sourcing directly from farmers – we procure Nadia ginger from Nagaland and lakadong turmeric from Meghalaya, for example. An exclusive range of Roseate Tea and Coffee have recently been introduced across our hotels that are being sourced directly from organic tea estates and coffee plantations.
Optimal use of energy is a part of our top priorities
We use solar energy for heating water at our hotel in Aerocity, New Delhi. We source pure drinking water from the atmosphere using cutting edge solar technology. Our rooms are equipped with energy-efficient lighting to minimize resource consumption. The Hotel HVAC is designed with the energy conserving Variable Frequency Drive.
SLOW culinary philosophy
Our menus, curated by a team of culinary and wellness experts, feature cuisine and beverages, based on the profound philosophy of SLOW – Seasonal, Local, Organic & Wholesome, meant not just to delight, but also heal and nourish in equal measure. While enjoying a buffet at Roseate House New Delhi, don’t miss our table top oil mill that freshly presses oils from seeds, nuts and ancient grains. Drizzle goodness as you most like it!

Our partnerships & collaborations with renowned Ayurveda & Natural Healing experts, therapists and organisations like Sankara (under the venerable tutelage of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar), are small steps in one direction – One Life, One Body. In the space of health & wellness, we are pioneering the hospitality industry. This, is meaningful luxury to us.
Minimal environmental footprint across the UK hotels
Roseate House London, a sustainable urban retreat is located in the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) of the city of London, which is a zone that has been identified in order to promote healthier living conditions and reduce air pollution. Our culinary team source 95% of ingredients locally within the UK to ensure that our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum. Engaging with local community, promoting local heritage and an inclusive environment are some initiatives toward sustainable living. Roseate House London has an agreement with Bio Hygiene to ensure that all chemicals that will be used at the hotel would have a Bio Hygiene sustainability certification. Our House Car is a Tesla EV, meant for offering our guests bespoke tours of the city of London without any carbon footprint. We’ve been awarded the prestigious First Mile Gold Recycling Certificate, demonstrating our constant dedication to outstanding recycling methods.
