The Dunstane Bar & Restaurant offers a fine selection of craft and artisanal gins showcasing the best distillers in Scotland and beyond.

Taste our own Gin – DunGin prepared using fresh plant extracts from the Secret Herb Garden in Edinburgh. Distilled on their premises we combine Lemon Balm, Dill and Geranium with Double Dutch Skinny Tonic to provide a unique G&T experience.

If you wish to add a Gin Tasting experience to your stay, our Gin specialists will be happy to showcase to you a range of Edinburgh gins, Orcadian gins and other gins from around Scotland.
