A tale of warm sunshine, fresh breeze, butterflies and birdsong. The Roseate Garden is a charming verdant space featuring beautifully manicured gardens, stylishly appointed with cushioned benches and large round oak tables with sheepskin rugs. Experience the unparalleled delight of a refreshing al fresco setting with calm ambient music. This beautiful space is perfect for outdoor ceremonies or a drinks reception for up to 32 guests.
The Club Prive
Club Privé overlooks the verdant garden, has wafts of natural daylight and offers a delightfully elevating experience. It is the perfect space for an intimate wedding celebration. Most suitable for bespoke ceremonies and wedding breakfast for up to 32 guests.
The Club Prive Conservatory
A warm and elegant space with tall floor-to-ceiling windows with a charming view of the outdoors, The Conservatory is located on the lower ground floor of the House building. It is the perfect space for hosting an intimate ceremony accommodating up to 15 guests.

The Roseate Edinburgh offers 35 elegantly designed luxurious rooms with handcrafted beds and fine linen, 17 in the Roseate building and 18 in the ‘House’. We are delighted to offer special room tariffs for your friends & family.
The Roseate Suite
Bespoke luxury and comfort
Elegantly upholstered, with heritage tweeds and rich velvets, this well-appointed suite features a king size Vispring bed and is the most luxurious suite at The Roseate Edinburgh. Enjoy views of the Pentland Hills and Edinburgh’s fascinating cityscape from the roll-top copper bath in the bay window
The House Suite
Luxurious suite with two rooms
Located on the Garden level, the House Suite spreads across two rooms. It includes a bedroom with a king-size Vispring bed with a crimson Zoffany headboard, wallpaper designed by Morris & Co, and an en-suite Fired Earth bathroom and shower. Perfect for the bride and her team to enjoy that pre-wedding experience on the day
House Junior Suite
Well-appointed and luxurious
This luxurious suite has a king sized double bed with a Zoffany button back headboard, Colefax and Fowler cushions and a fabulous bathroom with a freestanding silver tub and a beautiful Fired Earth tiled floor. Suites prefixed with ‘House’ are located in The House Building.
Weddings without any room bookings will be asked to finish by 10pm.
