The Club Privé Conservatory & Garden is located on the lower ground floor of the House building. Warm and elegant, It has tall floor-to-ceiling windows that give it a unique outdoor charm. It is the perfect space for meetings for up to 10 people, leisurely private lunches, summer barbecues and small parties that can flow in to the private garden.

KIN by Gary Maclean is a modern Scottish restaurant at The Roseate Edinburgh, in the city's West End. Led by Gary Maclean — Scotland's First National Chef and a winner of MasterChef: The Professionals, the 42-cover dining room is built on provenance, seasonality and a deep respect for Scotland's natural larder.
