Starting at \u00a35,500, our exclusive-use packages include bed and breakfast for all guests, as well as a dedicated team to ensure every aspect of your stay runs like Swiss clockwork. We are also able to arrange events and experiences for parties of any size \u2013 whether you\u2019d like to host a canap\u00e9 reception or black-tie dinner, a cocktail party or a Champagne afternoon tea, the Dunstane Houses can deliver \u2013 just ask.<\/p>\n
When you take over Dunstane House, you\u2019ll be handed the keys to 17 uniquely designed bedrooms \u2013 all of them recently refurbished \u2013 sleeping a total of 33 people.

Should you require accommodation for more than 33 guests, we\u2019re happy to offer additional rooms in Hampton House as necessary. Travel cots can be provided for children under two sharing their parents\u2019 room, and fold-out beds are available in some rooms (for a small supplement).<\/p>\n
The whole of Dunstane House will be yours to roam in \u2013 including the Ba\u2019 Bar lounge and restaurant for all-day dining, drinking, and any special events you wish to arrange.

\nHampton House guests also have exclusive use of the Stroma Lounge \u2013 a versatile dining and event space, offering food and drink all day \u2013 and the Garden Conservatory, a relaxing light-filled room, perfect for meetings or small gatherings.

Eating, Drinking and Being Merry<\/strong> In Dunstane House, The Ba\u2019 Bar can play host to drinks parties, afternoon teas and informal, lounge-style dinners; whereas over the road in Hampton House, Flooded with light, The Garden Conservatory makes an excellent venue for casual coffees or afternoon tea, as well as a base for outdoor barbecues in the gardens, subject to the whims of the weather.<\/p>\n The Dunstane chef has developed suggested menus for all kinds of event, whether it\u2019s a Champagne and canap\u00e9 reception, a buffet lunch, or a full three-course dinner. Please note that because our food philosophy is strictly seasonal, some dishes may not be available year-round. Our kitchen is nothing if not flexible, however; so if you have special requests or requirements just let us know and we\u2019ll develop a personalised menu to match.
