When you choose us
When you book a stay at any of our hotels, be assured that we are doing everything we can to have the accommodation ready for you. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and are following the guidelines of government and public health officials. We are implementing these agencies' recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures at our hotels with the assistance of our hotel management teams and operations teams.
Before your arrival
Considering the impact of COVID-19 on the way we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cancellation policy over the past several weeks to the evolving nature of this epidemic. We are constantly updating our policy & procedures to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservations, we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible and delay reservations or cancellations till further notice as per go.
We have also updated our reservation and cancellation policy to provide you with more flexibility and peace of mind when booking accommodations at our properties in India.
For guests making new reservations at The Roseate Ganges and The Roseate New Delhi for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between 1st July – 15th July, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
For your reservation at Roseate House New Delhi, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
